Joe Art Director I have been in the hairdressing industry since 1991. I worked in a salon for 15 years before I finally plucked up the courage to start my own business in 2007. I run the salon like an extra family and love how close we all are, I feel that is reflected in the friendly atmosphere in the salon! I specialise in all aspects of hairdressing but my love is very much cutting and barbering, to be able to change a person’s look within an hour is just amazing!	Emma Artistic Designer / Artistic Technician I started my love of hair as a Saturday girl when I was just thirteen, I then progressed into full-time training at Toni&Guy including levels 1, 2 and 3(NVQ). I continued my career completing a L'Oréal colour degree which has given me a vast knowledge to call myself an expert in my field. I love all aspects of my job; colour, cut and finish and also hair-ups. I love spending time with the assistants and helping them along their hairdressing journey!!	Perrie Artistic Designer / Artistic Technician I have been hairdressing since 2004 and love every part of my job, I specialise in Hair Extensions and use the Cinderella hair which I love, and enjoy utilising the different styles of extensions they have for each specific client, but I also enjoy the day to day of cutting and colouring. I work my days around my three beautiful children, so although I only work two full days in the salon, my hours can be flexible for other days.
Charley Artistic Designer/Technician I have been in the hairdressing industry since I was 15, I qualified in 2007 , fully trained in NVQ levels 1 and 2 offering a wide range of cutting and colouring services. I currently work 2-3 days a week as I have a young child, but my hours are very flexible and I always work at least one late night a week.	Hannah Senior Designer / Senior Technician I started in the hairdressing trade in 2009 and have never looked back since. I love all aspects of hairdressing however I specialise and have a real passion for putting hair up, from bridal parties to just going out. I started in the salon in 2015 and love the friendly, family atmosphere and have felt so welcomed and at home here!	Sara Senior Designer / Senior Technician I have worked at the salon since it opened, starting out as an assistant. I qualified in 2011 and worked my way up to Senior Designer in a short space of time and I loved learning and putting my skills into practice. I cover all aspects of hairdressing and my love is the sometimes dramatic change of a restyle, boosting someone's confidence with a colour and cut is priceless! I work around my young child so I am currently working 2-3 days a week.
Bonnie Designer / Senior Technician I started working at Federico's as an assistant, I spent two years training at college and obtained my NVQ level 2 in 2013. Since then I have spent a lot of time learning new skills from the other staff and training days and have progressed quickly from Junior to Designer. I am very passionate about my work and I love working in the salons busy atmosphere.
